About the role
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. PMs lead a variety of different types of projects including launching new products and services, large scale application development, systems integration, BPO arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process engineering and infrastructure upgrade and deployment. This role is expected to lead all project efforts in accordance with the defined organizational project standards, which align with industry best practices. This is an individual contributor role managing matrixed teams, and requires leadership and influencing capabilities. Proven experience with full scale ERP implementations is required.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Brwinów / Warsaw office.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating and delivering a given strategic initiative
Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit
Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners
Accountable for one or more initiatives including business, operational and IT deliverables
Directly manages all parts for the project life cycle and works with matrix IT partners to oversee all SDLC phases of a project
qualifications
Required
7 to 10 years of IT Project Management Experience in a Multi National Company
Bachelors degree in business, finance or technology
PMP/PRINCE 2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification Required.
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations
