Loan Processor

Summary: autoMHatic Financial is a leader in the specialty lending industry, focusing on manufactured home loans. The Loan Processor manages and reviews loan documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, working closely with various stakeholders to facilitate the loan process. Responsibilities: - Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System - Prepare required disclosures - Gather and analysis all documentation and information for the loan, including all approval conditions required by the underwriter - Accurately calculate income and loan ratios to ensure it is within loan program guidelines - Submit and follow up on orders placed with third-party service providers - Maintain and manage loan files - Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including but not limited to underwriters, loan officers, sales team, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and our dealer and community partners, to move the loan efficiently and accurately from application to settlement - Performs other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Manage and review manufactured housing real estate loan documentation to ensure it is completed and complies with company policies and regulations - Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System - Prepare required disclosures - Gather and analyze all documentation and information for the loan, including all approval conditions required by the underwriter - Accurately calculate income and loan ratios to ensure it is within loan program guidelines - Submit and follow up on orders placed with third-party service providers - Maintain and manage loan files - Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including but not limited to underwriters, loan officers, sales team, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and our dealer and community partners, to move the loan efficiently and accurately from application to settlement - Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills: Loan Origination System, Loan Documentation Review, Income Calculation, Loan Ratio Calculation, Loan Program Guidelines, Loan File Management, Third-Party Service Coordination Benefits: Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid time off, Vision Insurance, 401K
