Franchise Administrator

Summary: Autism Care Therapy is a compassionate provider of evidence-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As the Franchise Administrator, you will support the Vice President of Operations and ensure franchisees receive timely and accurate support, while maintaining the infrastructure that keeps the franchise network running smoothly. Responsibilities: - Provide support to internal teams and franchisees via email and phone, serving as a first point of contact for routine questions and support needs - Maintain and update franchise related databases with accurate and current data - Assist with franchisee onboarding tasks - Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and webinars for franchisees and internal teams - Organize data, create spreadsheets and generate reports from multiple software platforms - Assist in the onboarding of new franchisees, including developing welcome materials, setting up systems, and coordinating training schedules - Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Operations - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - At least one year of experience in franchise operations or administration - Excellent writing and communication skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize - Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Monday) and Google Workspace - Demonstrated ability to build strong cross departmental relationships - Experience planning and coordinating events - Energetic, personable, and ready to work in a dynamic and deadline driven environment Required Skills: Franchise operations, Project management platforms, Google Workspace, Data management, Event planning, Report generation Benefits: Monthly Health insurance stipend, Paid time off, Paid holidays
