Delivery Operations Coordinator

Summary: Atlas is a global strategic consulting firm, focused on the Life Sciences industry. They are seeking a Delivery Operations Coordinator to lead consultant engagement journeys and manage service documentation. Responsibilities: - Creates service documentation (playbooks, etc.) in support of each managed service capability - Leads the consultant engagement journey, from pre-onboarding through knowledge transfers (when a project or consultant engagement ends) - Coordinates and schedules regular consultant engagement and community engagement programs (including newsletters, etc.) across clients - Conducts and documents consultant engagement quality and health checks (serves as the go-to person for consultant issues and escalations) - Responsible for tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing surveys and feedback loops - Tracks and coordinates SLA commitments in Atlas Managed Services SOWs - Facilitates case study development with outgoing consultants or at the end of engagements - Provides managed services proposal support - Responsible for Atlas internal communication and reporting across all managed services Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's (Required)
