Job Description
Summary: Atera is leading the future of IT with its Autonomous IT platform, and they are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic Sales Team. This role involves generating new business pipeline, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance their sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Internalize and embody Atera’s Mission, Vision, and Values
- Collaborate with the sales team to classify accounts based on our ideal customer profile
- Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities, developing and nurturing relationships within key accounts
- Identify key decision-makers and assess their buying readiness and timelines for potential business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM software, influencing monthly and quarterly sales reports, pipelines, forecasts, etc
Required Qualifications:
- Native English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1+ years in sales or related business experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Driven by both individual and team achievements
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Experience in cold calling and generating new leads
- Attend events and conferences as required to represent Atera and generate new business leads
