Job Description
Summary: AT&T is a leading telecommunications company seeking candidates for their B2B Sales Development Program in the Western Region. The program aims to equip participants with sales skills through comprehensive training while engaging with small and mid-sized business customers to drive growth and connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Actively hunt for new business within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for cold calls and door knocks
- Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers. Present tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies to both current and potential clients
- Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, uncover customer needs, and leverage industry knowledge to find and close sales opportunities
- Present products and services that can benefit customers
- Leverage industry-leading technology to deliver exceptional results and drive customer success in your assigned market
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; must have graduated within the last 3 years
- Valid driver's license required due to the nature of the role
- Willingness and ability to relocate within the U.S. as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- sales-related experience / degree preferred
- Preferred experience in cold calling
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets
