What You Will Be Doing
Principal Accountabilities
Manage overall account relationships by providing strategic service and support to assigned semiconductors and electronics customers.
Responsible for Sales Excellence through the development and management of customer strategy in assigned account territory
Drive revenue growth through market profiling, customer mapping, and opportunity identification across OEMs, EMS, design houses
Execute account strategies aligned with regional semiconductor focus areas (AI, automotive, industrial, cloud, Defense, Data centers, etc.).
Own assigned accounts and deliver on revenue targets while maximizing market share and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, engineering teams, procurement stakeholders, and influencers.
Act as a primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term partnerships.
Drive sales excellence through development and execution of account strategy using data, insights, and market intelligence.
Identify and capture opportunities through Converge Service offerings including supply chain programs, value-added services, and lifecycle offerings.
Own end-to-end Quote-to-Order processes including quote strategy, pricing negotiation, lifecycle management (EOL/NCNR), and customer communication.
Ensure execution of excellence across Order-to-Invoice processes including demand fulfillment, on-time delivery, and forecast accuracy.
Maintain inventory integrity, Perfect Order Index (POI), and support quality processes including corrective actions and field reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to drive end-to-end account execution.
What We Are Looking For
Experience / Education
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Electronics or related fields).
3–8 years of experience in the Electronics / Semiconductor / Technology Distribution industry.
Strong understanding of semiconductor ecosystems, sales cycles, and account profiling.
Experience working with OEMs, EMS, or design-led ecosystem preferred.
Strong communication, influencing, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage complex multi-stakeholder accounts.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and market trends.
Familiarity with INR and USD business processes.
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
Has advanced specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience .
Knowledge of IC, Memories, HDD, SSD, GPU, CPU would be added advantage
Multilingual preferred: English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu.
