Equipment Operator - Day

Summary: Arhaus is looking for dedicated individuals to join their distribution center team as Equipment Operators. The role involves operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise with a focus on safety and precision. Responsibilities: - Pick and put away - Operate power mobile material handling equipment (cherry picker/reach truck/high-level picker)Use RF gun to select orders and put away product based on system directed order typesRetrieve all items for delivery / picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areasInventory - Maintain inventory accuracy levels by moving all product via RF transactionsPackage - Responsible for the integrity of the merchandise in movement from rack to dock damage freeSafety - Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner based on company safety standards Required Qualifications: - Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations - High school diploma/GED - 1 - 2 years of experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, sit down tow motor, or rider pallet jack - The ability to operate equipment at a height potential of 35 ft - Valid driver's license preferred - Working knowledge of computer programs - Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures Preferred Qualifications: - Valid driver's license preferred Required Skills: Order picker operation, Cherry picker operation, Reach truck operation, Sit down tow motor operation, Rider pallet jack operation, RF gun operation, Inventory management, Computer literacy, Distribution, warehousing processes, Order picking, Packing, Shipping, receiving processes Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, On-Site Medical Clinic + Cafeteria, $40 Monthly Meal Allowance, Employee Discounts
