Analog Devices continues to grow the software, systems, and solutions capabilities to support customer projects at scale. The Developer Relations function is a key driver of go to market awareness, product attach, and deep, lasting engagement with ADI. We’re seeking an Events Organizer (IC) who will activate and amplify our developer & partner ecosystem through high impact‑ events and sponsorship programmes - online and in person.
This role plays a central part in ADI’s ongoing pivot to a developer-first narrative, turning visibility and engagement into measurable outcomes for our business and ecosystem.
Role Summary
As an individual contributor, you will lead programme execution of Engaging Events, building brand credibility, accelerating adoption, and nurturing vibrant developer awareness and presence across ADI’s platforms and partner ecosystems. You will coordinate with cross functional stakeholders, manage vendors and partners, and own programme outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
ADI‑Owned Event Leadership: Create, plan, launch, market, and deliver high‑impact developer events conceived by ADI - owning the full lifecycle from ideation and goals, audience targeting, programming and speaker sourcing, venue/virtual production, promotional campaigns, demos/workshoops through to day‑of operations, staff enablement, post‑event content & nurture, ROI measurement, and iterative improvements for scale.
Event Execution: Plan and run ADI’s presence at high impact third-party events, hackathons, meetups, industry conferences and partner events. From selection and budgeting to programming, speaker support, booth operations, staff enablement, and post event follow-through.
Internal Event Collaboration: Maximising the exposure for our developer & partner led initiatives internally though ADI own in-house technical conferences and working with our established events team.
Strategic Pillar Implementation: Serve as the execution lead for Engaging Events -operationalising playbooks, calendars, and event kits for consistent, scalable delivery.
Scalable Bridge: Act as the bridge between ADI and external developer and partner communities, connecting event insights to ADI’s content, tools, and product teams to reduce friction and accelerate time to‑ ‑value.
Additional IC deliverables
Content & Advocacy Support: Coordinate with Developer Relations, Product, Partners and Marketing to source speakers, abstracts, demos, tutorials, and learning assets aligned to event themes and community needs.
Post Event Activation: Own post event nurture motions, recaps, recordings, follow-up tutorials, community threads, and campaigns - to drive return visits and deeper engagement with the ADI Developer Portal.
Measurement & Reporting: Build dashboards for event metrics/health, track KPIs, and make data‑driven adjustments to programmes and messaging.
Vendor/Partner Coordination: Manage timelines, statements of work, and deliverables with external partners, venues, and OSS organisations.
Outcomes & KPIs
Growth in developer Event engagement (registrations, active participants).
Event ROI (qualified leads, portal sign‑ups, repo activity, content consumption, talk ratings, booth interactions).
Increased earned speaking placements and partnership wins with ecosystem leaders..
Role & Responsibility (ADI Standard)
Operate event & community programmes in embedded or adjacent markets, demonstrating a track record of growth and event success.
Collaborate broadly—lead by influence across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Regional teams to orchestrate developer centric‑programmes at scale.
Shape early stage programme expansion, leveraging ADI’s platforms and reach to build credible, high‑visibility experiences both digital and physical.
Bridge technical and marketing: demonstrate embedded‑market fluency, curiosity about developer & partner communities, and comfort with measuring impact and adjusting strategy and messaging based on data.
Be capable across DevRel facets:
On-the‑ground programmes (meet‑ups, hackathons, speaker bureau) that build community and affiliation.
Marketing programmes & metrics to drive awareness and measure engagement.
Cross market communications with embedded and vertical leaders.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical problem solving; competitive drive; initiative; relationship‑ building; and cross‑ ‑functional collaboration.
Create excitement and garner internal support for developer & partner programmes.
Requirements
Location: Ireland (preferably Limerick)
Experienced events background, with a focus on driving scalable programmes and measurable results in developer, partner or related domains.
Hands-on success converting event presence into activity and long‑term community health metrics.
Strong communication & collaboration skills.
Proven engagement with vendors, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
Education: 3rd level Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience); technical background preferred.
Travel: Yes (as required for events activities).
