Job Description
Summary: AMS | Association Management Services NW is the fastest growing HOA management company in the Pacific Northwest, offering limitless growth potential to its employees. The Association Administrator will handle high volumes of communication, assist in managing projects, and maintain detailed reports for multiple associations.
Responsibilities:
- High volume of phone and email communication with vendors, Owners, and Boards daily
- Proof, edit and process several types of correspondence and mailings for multiple Associations as needed
- Obtains bids, create, and sends work orders and assist managers in overseeing projects and activities of contract service representatives such as landscapers, exterminators, trash collectors, major repair contractors, utility service repairers, and swimming pool staff
- Submit reservation requests for Board and Owner meetings and arrange for a location as needed
- Attend Board meetings at least once per quarter, and as requested by Board and/or Manager (most meetings are remote via Zoom or Go to Meeting)
- Create and maintain various detailed reports, take inventories, and update specific reference spreadsheets and lists
- Document all correspondence in the Owner database and track time daily
Required Qualifications:
