Summary: Amazon Data Services, Inc. is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. The Learning Experience Designer role focuses on developing and deploying training programs that leverage Artificial Intelligence to enhance learning experiences and solve business problems in a data center environment. Responsibilities: - Scope, analyze, design, develop, and deploy training as part of blended learning strategy, leveraging Artificial Intelligence for efficiency and enhancing learning experiences - Partner with cross-functional teams to build out development experiences with a global mindset - Solve business problems by doing a gap analysis with a focus on understanding root causes and anticipating future needs - Work with global stakeholders to manage technical training programs - Work with technical SMEs to design and create engaging end user training - Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed - Create reliable and valid learner evaluation tools to gauge knowledge and skill transfer - Drive use of evaluation and performance data to improve learning content - Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or experience developing and implementing training programs - 1+ years' experience designing technical training in a data center environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing projects - Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud computing such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Distance Learning, or a related field - Foundational knowledge of information technology infrastructure and systems Required Skills: Technical Training Design, Data Center Environment, Cloud Platforms, Cloud Computing, Information Technology Infrastructure, Project Management Benefits: Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, Paid time off, Parental leave
