Security Operation Center (SOC) Dispatcher

Summary: Allied Universal is North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeking a Security Operation Center (SOC) Dispatcher for a corporate healthcare facility in Elmont, Long Island. The Dispatcher will manage communication and dispatch security personnel, monitor video devices, document incidents, and ensure the safety of staff and visitors. Responsibilities: - Answer telephones, acknowledge alarm signals, monitor video recording devices as assigned throughout the service area and accurately providing pertinent information to the Security SOC Supervisor - Document incidents (including names, actions, and times) on the “Daily Activity Report” - Respond to the security needs of their assigned healthcare facility, its agents or contactors and personnel Required Qualifications: - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment - No prior work experience required
