Security Officer Lobby Driver

Summary: Allied Universal is North America’s leading security and facility services company, and they are seeking a Security Officer Lobby Driver. In this role, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, manage access control, monitor entry points, and support security operations through effective communication and customer service. Responsibilities: - Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor screening, credential verification, and/or entry and exit documentation at a chemical and petrochemical location - Monitor access points, gates, and restricted areas to help support authorized entry for employees, contractors, and approved visitors in accordance with local post orders and client policies - Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate - Conduct regular and random patrols around access control points, operational areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, report security-related concerns, and document observations - Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, and provide clear handoff information to incoming personnel and/or site leadership Required Qualifications: - A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located - Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 or more years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or 3 or more years of security-related experience - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only Preferred Qualifications: - The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred - Customer service experience is preferred - Access control and badge experience is preferred Required Skills: Law Enforcement Experience, Security Supervisor Experience, Security Experience, Access Control, Badge Verification, Customer Service Benefits: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more., Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities., Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance., Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
