Job Description
Summary: Allegiance Industries, a premier facility services provider, located in Columbia, is expanding their business development team. If you are a fearless salesperson and have the drive to make a high volume of cold calls, we want to talk with you!
Responsibilities:
- Qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, emailing and text
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on lead interactions and status
- Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce them to our services
- Execute follow-up strategies to move leads through the sales funnel and schedule appointments for the outside sales team
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, lead qualification rate, and assisted revenue wins
Required Qualifications:
- Cold calling experience involving a significant volume of outbound call activity, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and qualification criteria
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and other sales tools
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
- Ability to Commute: Columbia, SC 29203 (Required)
