Summary: Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm based in Alabama with offices across the nation. The role of the Trial Attorney involves managing a high-volume caseload, engaging with clients, conducting key litigation activities, and advocating in trials to secure favorable outcomes for clients. Responsibilities: - Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You'll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict - Engaging with Clients: You'll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process - Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You'll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies - Advocating in Trials: You'll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients Required Qualifications: - Licensed to practice law - Active and in good standing with your local State Bar - Currently located in the state where this job is posted - Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies - Ability to engage effectively with clients and team members Preferred Qualifications: - Trial advocacy and/or moot court experience - Multiple state bar admissions Required Skills: Licensed Attorney, Trial Advocacy, Moot Court Experience, State Bar Admission Benefits: Comprehensive Support, Innovative Resources, Expedited Processes, Professional Development, Financial Support
