Summary: Aisle and Abroad is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event & Travel Coordinator to assist with coordinating event arrangements and travel-related services. This remote role focuses on managing logistics, organizing schedules, and ensuring all details are handled efficiently to support a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event details alongside travel-related arrangements and scheduling
- Assist with organizing timelines, reservations, and logistics
- Communicate with clients to gather information and confirm plans
- Review and verify details to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of client plans and coordination activities
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using digital tools, email, and scheduling platforms
