Job Description
Summary: Airshare is a company that values its people and recognizes their contributions to the success of the organization. They are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support key people’s initiatives during their summer internship program, offering hands-on, project-based experience and exposure to HR strategy, compensation, rewards and recognition, and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Learn Airshare’s business, culture, and how HR partners with leaders and employees
- Support the design of a rewards and recognition framework aligned with Airshare’s culture
- Conduct compensation market research and summarize key insights
- Assist in developing a clear HR roadmap that connects priorities, timing, and execution
- Help design and finalize an intern satisfaction survey and recommended approach
- Prepare project summaries and present recommendations to HR leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Interest in people strategy, compensation, and organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrated leadership skills
