Job Description
Summary: Aira EdTech is seeking ambitious and self-driven Business Development Interns to help expand their corporate training and e-learning solutions across industries. This role offers an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain real-world business development experience while earning performance-based rewards.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and partners
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and other channels
- Reach out to decision-makers via email and LinkedIn
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings
- Support proposal creation and client presentations
- Track opportunities and follow up with prospects
- Contribute ideas to help grow the business
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
- Interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
