Your Role with Us:
As an Existing Business Representative, you will deliver service excellence and a market-leading customer experience that drives profitability through customer retention and growth.
This role is built on customer-centric, right first-time principles, with every customer interaction focused on meaningful connection and engagement.
We're looking for 2 customer service superstars to join us on a 5-month fixed term!
Your Impact:
Providing timely, accurate, and professional service across all customer channels (phone, email, face-to-face, postal), ensuring resolution of queries through ownership and collaboration with other teams.
Maintaining deep knowledge of AIA products and processes to deliver a market-leading customer experience.
Actively seeking to understand the full scope of customer needs beyond the initial request.
Applying customer-centric principles to deliver tailored solutions, contributing to customer retention and identifying new business opportunities where appropriate.
Supporting the achievement of team targets including turnaround times, quality standards, and ‘CX’ / Voice of Customer metrics.
Providing appropriate technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Escalating complex queries to senior team members or managers when necessary, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Capabilities:
Customer service experience preferably within a contact centre and/or financial services.
NCEA Level 2 or 3 or other relevant qualification (preferred).
