Sales And Marketing Assistant

Summary: Adventure Media and Events is a publisher focused on toys, games, and pop culture. They are seeking a full-time, junior-level Sales and Marketing Assistant to help manage tasks related to B2B marketing and sales efforts, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales & Marketing Team with a variety of tasks: - Communicate with clients consistently to build lasting partnerships and ensure client satisfaction - Gather and share media and editorial coverage from our internal websites and newsletters, as well as from external media outlets - Update contact sheets for client communications and sponsor sheets for events - Brainstorm and create marketing materials and campaigns to help drive sales - Design rate cards and sales sheets - Write pitch emails - Help design marketing and presentation decks for various programs and events - Liaise with editorial and social media departments for collaborative marketing programs - Organize and maintain the CRM system - Create insertion orders Required Qualifications: - Outgoing, ambitious, and persistent - Highly organized - Ability to commute to Manhattan 2-3 days per week Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Canva a plus - Familiarity with Magazine Manager is a plus - Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills are a major plus - College degree (BA/BS) preferred Required Skills: Canva, Magazine Manager, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, CRM System Benefits: Vacation, sick, and personal days, Company paid holidays
