Job Description
Summary: Advarra is committed to advancing human health through clinical research and innovative technology solutions. The Regulatory Intern will assist the Regulatory Compliance department with administrative tasks and support for internal and external customers, ensuring adherence to federal regulations and oversight of research responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks related to the tracking, storage, and maintenance of completed IRB reliance agreements and IBC registrations
- Administrative tasks to support the use of Research Services Zendesk and report creation in Explore
- Assisting with assigned regulatory projects, including the new Advarra Help Knowledge Center
- At the direction of your manager and/or Regulatory Department Leadership, collaborate with members of the Regulatory Department to perform assigned tasks related to HRPP responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Ability to participate in the cohort beginning Monday, June 1, 2026 and running through Friday, August 7, 2026 and work either part time or full time between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm EST
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate student pursuing a degree in business, law, or biomedical research studies preferred
- Must possess personal integrity and effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and goal oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Skilled at using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint. Experience with data entry is required
- Experience with Customer Relation Management software such as Zendesk preferred
