The Opportunity
AI-powered Agentic Search, Recommendations and Suggestions are core part of Adobe’s Cloud offering. Adobe Cloud enables customers to build and generate digital content, and Digital experiences. The Search, Discovery, and
Content AI Team drives customer success for Adobe Express, Creative Cloud, and
Document Cloud. Creative professionals and novice users need the quick discovery of digital assets from brushes to colors, images, videos, and beyond.
They also need AI-powered assistance to discover the ingredients needed to complete their creative journey at scale.
How can you participate?
We focus on developing innovative AI-powered search, recommendations, and assistive experiences using generative AI technologies across all modalities, including text, image, and videos, and create industry-leading experiences to improve creative efficiency for creators, marketers, and designers.
We’re seeking a highly motivated Principal Product Manager with extensive
experience leading product development and strategy, particularly in innovative

What you’ll do
You will be responsible for the planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of product and features development, including:
Drive the Product vision for next-generation capabilities that brings search, recommendation and agentic experiences together and map out the path to Integrating those across Adobe web, mobile and desktop products.
You will work with global product, data science and engineering teams to establish requirements, plan and prioritize work.
Drive alignment and communication with partners with growing and conflicting demands.
Develop and drive the strategy for defining success criteria, including critical metrics that measures customer success and business impact.
You will ensure that technology and experiences we enable, adhere to all applicable compliance, privacy, legal, AI Ethics and security requirements. Work with partners as necessary to communicate these requirements.
Required Skills
Proven technical product management leadership experience of 7+ years, including working with highly diverse and global teams.
Track record of delivering AI/ML powered, data-driven products and cloud scale
services that are widely adopted with large customer bases
5+ years of experience with search technologies, Information retrieval, search
relevancy, recommendations, RAG and/or agentic search experience
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills as you'll be
interacting across product and engineering leaders at various levels
Ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners and
independently drive initiatives end-to-end
Articulate and persuasive while able to listen and incorporate the perspectives of
others
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to be able to coordinate
complicated projects
BS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or background in a strong scientific subject area

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
