The Opportunity
Adobe's AI Studio helps customers unlock the full potential of AI-powered creative production. We partner directly with brands and marketing organizations to translate their creative vision into activation-ready outputs at scale, setting the bar for what great looks like in this new era of creative production.
As Creative Designer, you'll be the one bringing customer campaigns to life. You'll complete the creative direction from the customer's campaign brief. Then, you will use Adobe Creative and Marketing Technology to create marketing outputs for the market. You are the owner of creative quality on the work you ship, and a key partner to customers throughout the production process.
What You'll Do
Complete Customer Campaigns
Produce activation-ready marketing creative for customer campaigns using Adobe Creative and Marketing Technology.
Translate the customer's campaign brief and creative direction into final outputs that meet brand, channel, and quality standards.
Partner closely with copywriters and engagement managers to deliver cohesive, activation-ready content for customers.
Collaborate across the AI Studio team to align on creative direction, timelines, and customer expectations throughout the production process.
Own the quality of every output you ship, from first concept to final delivery.
Manage variant production at scale, applying brand guardrails consistently across formats and channels.
Partner with Customers
Work directly with customer counterparts throughout production, communicating progress and gathering feedback.
Present work clearly and confidently, articulating the creative choices behind it.
Incorporate customer input quickly and thoughtfully without losing the integrity of the work.
Bring an AI-First Approach
Approach every brief with generative AI as the starting point, not the afterthought.
Develop and refine prompting techniques, workflows, and shortcuts that raise the quality and speed of AI-assisted production.
Share what's working back to the team and contribute to the AI Studio's growing body of craft knowledge.
Provide feedback on generative AI features to help inform Adobe's product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of design experience in agency, in-house, or production studio environments.
A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design craft, strong attention to visual detail, and command of fundamentals like typography, composition, color, and hierarchy.
Ability to work quickly without compromising creative quality.
Hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools (Firefly, GenStudio, Midjourney, Runway, or comparable platforms).
Fluency in Adobe Creative and Marketing Technology, including the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
An AI-first approach and genuine excitement about how generative tools are reshaping creative production.
Customer-facing or client-facing experience, with the ability to present work and partner directly with collaborators.
Strong communication skills across creative, business, and technical audiences.
A high bar for quality and a sense of ownership over the work that goes out the door.
Experience producing creative at volume, including variant production, brand systems, and multi-channel delivery.
Background in performance marketing, digital advertising, or activation-focused creative work.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
