As a Shift Leader, you’ll help run daily operations, support and coach the team, and make sure every guest receives the Jersey Mike’s experience — done the right way and with positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily operations
• Open the store and prepare the restaurant for daily operations
• Coach and motivate team members
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest interaction
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Handle cash and assist with opening/closing duties
• Help drive speed, accuracy, and team accountability
• Set the tone for energy, teamwork, and hospitality

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to open the store, including early morning shifts starting as early as 7:00 AM
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Leadership mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to move with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable coaching teammates and holding standards
• Strong guest service and communication skills
