We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that bring our brand vision to life across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative visual content that engages audiences and supports our business objectives. Develop creative and visually compelling designs for digital and print media that align with brand guidelines and organizational standards
Create engaging content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communications that resonate with target audiences
Design promotional materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and event collateral that support marketing initiatives
Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual assets to ensure high-quality output and consistent visual identity
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals that drive business goals
Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate key messages to diverse audiences
Produce creative content that increases audience engagement and supports organizational objectives
Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve your skill set
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and meeting established deadlines
Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to support branding, marketing, and business development initiatives
qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative design role
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and branding capabilities across diverse projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling principles
Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms
Proven ability to transform concepts and ideas into impactful visual content
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual excellence
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
Experience working with brand guidelines in multi-brand environments
Understanding of digital design requirements for social media, web, and performance marketing assets
Experience in destination marketing or pre-opening campaign development
Familiarity with design tools beyond Adobe Suite (Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms)
Background in luxury or hospitality brand design
Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
