Technology Platform Engineer Location: Hyderabad Project Role : Technology Platform Engineer Project Role Description : Creates production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools such as a platform for a project or product. Deploys the automation pipeline and automates environment creation and configuration. Must have skills : Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: The CC&B Conversion Lead is responsible for planning, designing, and executing data conversion and migration activities for Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) implementations. This role ensures accurate, secure, and timely migration of data from legacy systems into CC&B while maintaining data quality, integrity, compliance, and business continuity. The Conversion Lead works closely with functional leads, technical teams, business stakeholders, testing teams, and project governance to ensure successful end-to-end data migration. Roles & Responsibilities: Define overall data conversion strategy, approach, scope, and roadmap for CC&B implementations Identify data sources, legacy systems, and interfaces involved in migration Define conversion phases (mock runs, dry runs, production cutover) Prepare detailed conversion plans, timelines, and dependency maps Define data governance, security, and compliance standards Lead data discovery and profiling of legacy systems Define source-to-target mapping documents (STTM) Identify data gaps, data quality issues, and remediation plans Guide technical teams on conversion design architecture Review and approve ETL/conversion logic and technical specifications Ensure reusable, scalable, and automated conversion frameworks Professional & Technical Skills: - Oracle Utilities CC&B data model knowledge Data migration tools (ETL frameworks, SQL, scripts, batch processing) Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle DB preferred) Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation tools Understanding of integration patterns and data interfaces Strong understanding of utility domain processes: o Customer management o Billing o Metering o Payments o Collections o Device and service agreements Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
