Must have skills : Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities WACS Conversion SAP Mapping Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Utilities applications, SAP data mapping, data conversion, and migration activities. The candidate will lead end-to-end SAP to Oracle Utilities WACS data mapping, conversion design, reconciliation, and migration activities for utility transformation programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Utilities WACS, data conversion frameworks, SAP data structures, and utility business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead SAP to Oracle Utilities WACS data mapping and conversion activities. Analyze source system data from SAP and define mapping rules for Oracle Utilities WACS. Prepare mapping documents, transformation logic, and conversion specifications. Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams for data requirements and validations. Lead data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration strategy discussions. Design and review ETL/conversion programs and data validation approaches. Support mock conversions, SIT, UAT, and production cutover activities. Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders for resolution. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes. Mentor junior conversion team members and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with integration, testing, and environment teams during deployments. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Utilities WACS implementation projects. Hands-on experience in SAP data mapping and Oracle Utilities conversion activities. Expertise in data migration, data transformation, and reconciliation processes. Strong understanding of utility business processes and customer/billing data. Experience in preparing: Source-to-target mapping documents, Conversion design documents, Reconciliation reports, Data validation strategies Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and ETL tools. Experience with batch processing and large-scale data migration activities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead offshore/onshore coordination. Experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B/WACS implementations. Knowledge of SAP IS-U data structures is preferred. Experience working in Agile delivery model. Exposure to cloud migration or modernization projects. Utility domain experience is highly preferred. Additional Information: 8–12+ Years in Oracle Utilities with experience in Oracle Utilities WACS Conversion SAP Mapping Lead. This position is based at our Bangalore office.
