Technology Platform Engineer Location: Bengaluru Project Role : Technology Platform Engineer Project Role Description : Creates production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools such as a platform for a project or product. Deploys the automation pipeline and automates environment creation and configuration. Must have skills : Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Interface Designer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and external systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in OUAF framework, interface development, web services, batch processing, and utility domain processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces for Oracle Utilities CC&B. Work on Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) components including: Business Objects (BO), Business Services (BS) , Algorithms, Plug-ins, Service Scripts Develop integrations using: SOAP / REST Web Services , XML, XSD, JSON File-based integrations Batch processing interfaces Perform interface mapping, reconciliation, and error handling design. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and external teams to gather integration requirements. Develop and support APIs and middleware integrations. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities. Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related production issues. Ensure interfaces meet performance, security, and audit standards. Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and deployment documents. Support production releases and post-production activities. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B implementation/support projects. Hands-on experience with OUAF and CC&B Interface Framework. Good knowledge of: JAVA, PL/SQL, SQL, Groovy (preferred) Experience with: SOAP/REST APIs , Web Services , SOA integrations & Middleware technologies Strong understanding of CC&B data model and utility business processes. Experience in batch processing and job scheduling. Knowledge of Oracle database concepts. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: 5+ Years in Oracle Utilities with experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B Functional Designer – Front Office. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
