This role requires active engagement in high-impact activities that influence the design, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions. The practitioner collaborates closely with various stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and support to the information technology function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering value through innovative approaches and effective problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and technology adoption. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in designing and implementing planning models and dashboards within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytics and planning tools. - Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with integration of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning with other enterprise systems.
