This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with strategic objectives, while adapting to dynamic project requirements and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within Salesforce environments. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with various enterprise systems and third-party applications. - Ability to develop and enforce architectural standards and governance frameworks. - Skilled in analyzing complex technical challenges and providing innovative architectural solutions. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models relevant to Salesforce platforms.
