Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager with a specialiation in scheduling for data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in project controls, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex schedules and coordinating large-scale construction efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify scheduling risks, and recommend mitigation strategies for timely completion.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to coordinate resources and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on schedule status, variances, and forecasts for stakeholders.
Lead schedule review meetings and provide guidance to project teams on best practices and schedule management.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent specific experience.
Minimum 8 years of project controls experience, with significant expertise in scheduling for data center or similar large-scale construction projects.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred not essential:
PMP, PSP, or related professional certification.
Experience with data center construction and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
