Must have skills : Salesforce Lightning Web Components Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability throughout. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across the system landscape. Collaboration and continuous monitoring are key aspects of daily activities to uphold service quality and responsiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning framework. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming. - Familiarity with integrating Salesforce applications using APIs and web services. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Salesforce environments. - Knowledge of declarative development tools and low-code platforms to enhance application functionality.
