Must have skills : Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: -CAA development: develop, and maintain custom CAA application for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as per design. -Utilize technologies such as C++, EKL scripting , C#, JAVA -Integrate CAA applications & server/client scripts seamlessly with the 3DEXPERIENCE Native apps platform -Technical support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform enhancements for developed applications. -Awareness of Core Native apps concepts like data model, data setup, server business logics, metedata configuration will add value. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization. 1. Experience on EKL Business logics, know how apps, data setup etc. 2. Experience on 3DX Platform customization using CAA. 3. Exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE webservices is plus. 4. Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from 3DEXPERIENCE design through code level. 5.Capable of providing solutions & mentoring support to the team. 6. Taking ownership of individual tasks(implementation and bug fixing) and ensuring the delivery of assignments on-time with quality. Extending Support to the team when required 7. Awareness and adherence to the best practices to the coding standards of Enovia API/EKL/CAA. 8. Experience on DevOps tools like Jenkins/Git/Jira 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
