This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software solutions meet business goals in terms of quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Monitor project progress and implement best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules to meet business requirements. - In-depth understanding of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions. - Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP with other enterprise systems. - Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance methodologies.
