This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active leadership in coordinating efforts to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions, while maintaining alignment with business priorities and fostering a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align software solutions with strategic objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and migration processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Experience in designing scalable data workflows and optimizing performance for large datasets. - Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions within enterprise environments. - Familiarity with data quality management and ensuring data accuracy throughout the software development lifecycle. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
