This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve cohesive and effective software outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures. - Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies. - Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions. - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services related to SAP environments. - Skilled in troubleshooting complex integration issues and providing effective solutions.
