Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and ETL processes. - Strong understanding of database concepts and data transformation techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data pipelines for performance and reliability. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices. - Knowledge of scripting languages to automate routine tasks and enhance integration solutions.
