Throughout the day, there is a focus on continuous improvement of software performance and alignment with evolving business requirements, ensuring that the solutions delivered meet the specific needs of the organization in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of software applications. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
