The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to understand evolving business requirements and applying agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. The engineer actively participates in refining system architecture and enhancing existing functionalities to meet specific organizational goals, while maintaining a focus on performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems. - Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.
