This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts across teams and serving as the main liaison for application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and ensuring that the solutions align with project goals and client requirements. The engineer continuously monitors progress, adapts to changing needs, and drives the successful delivery of software solutions through effective communication and collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance application performance. - Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). - Strong understanding of software configuration and customization within the ServiceNow platform. - Experience in managing software asset lifecycle processes and compliance tracking. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to software asset management. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within enterprise environments. - Excellent analytical skills to assess system performance and recommend improvements.
