The role requires working closely with team members to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the unique requirements of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration of financial systems and data consolidation processes. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
