Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services. - Experience with cloud-based integration patterns and middleware solutions. - Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and API management. - Ability to design and implement scalable integration workflows using Microsoft Azure tools. - Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting integration issues in complex environments.
