Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software performance are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Strong knowledge of data integration processes and experience with ETL tools and methodologies. - Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data warehouse environments. - Experience in validating data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple data sources. - Familiarity with performance testing and optimization techniques for ETL workflows. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues to ensure data integrity and reliability.
