Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical efforts with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Inventory Management. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based inventory systems and their integration within enterprise environments. - Experience with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern programming frameworks. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in cloud applications. - Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.
