Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in software development. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable software architectures. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
