The engineer applies modern development frameworks and follows agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving the performance and functionality of the software. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems. - Familiarity with system integration and data flow across enterprise applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
