What would you do? We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, while driving the execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns. You will leverage your experience in digital marketing to manage a diverse set of channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content, etc.) to grow our brand presence and generate leads
• Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of digital marketers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations.
• Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to craft data-driven marketing plans.
• Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, SEO, social media, email marketing, and more. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, performance, and brand engagement.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and insights to senior leadership.
• Collaboration & Cross-functional Work:
Work closely with other teams such as Content, Design, Sales, and Product to ensure that digital campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• SEO & SEM Strategy:
Oversee SEO efforts, ensuring that website content is optimized for organic search and high rankings. Manage SEM campaigns to drive paid search traffic, ensuring optimal budget allocation.
• Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
Direct social media strategy and oversee content creation for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), focusing on audience growth, engagement, and brand
What are we looking for? •• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
Develop strategies to generate leads through digital channels, optimizing landing pages and funnels for better conversion rates. Focus on maximizing the customer acquisition and retention journey.
• Budget Management:
Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities. Continuously assess campaign spending and performance to ensure profitability.
• Stay Ahead of Trends:
Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new tactics and technologies that can improve performance and enhance brand presence.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to interpret and act on data insights (Google Analytics, A/B testing, etc.).
• Knowledge of content marketing, UX/UI best practices, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools.
• Creative thinking with a focus on measurable results.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience with video and multimedia content creation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

• The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
