This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. - Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues. - Experience with identity and access management concepts and technologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
