This role requires overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application development aligns with organizational goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to maintain smooth workflows and deliver high-quality solutions within set timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of application development initiatives to meet project objectives. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable cloud-based applications. - Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment processes. - Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and cloud service configurations.
