This position reports to: Production Engineering Manager __ Your role and responsibilities You will ensure reliable end-to-end integration across SAP, shopfloor, OT/IoT, and cloud environments, while maintaining high data quality and operational stability. You will drive compliance, manage incidents and changes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve performance, resilience, and business continuity across factory operations. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Driving end-to-end integration reliability with SAP ECC/S4, shopfloor, OT/IoT, edge, and cloud platforms Designing data architecture and data models, building and maintaining data transformation pipelines to ensure data quality Ensuring stable and resilient operations at factory Ensuring compliance with ABB IT, cybersecurity, integration, and data standards Leading regular reviews of risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity with IT teams, application managers, and service providers Defining, monitoring, and optimizing SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance Coordinating incident management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement with external partners Own Change, Release, and Deployment Management, including risk assessment, CAB participation, release planning, cutover, and post‑implementation reviews. Qualifications for the role Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field Ability to manage mission-critical, high-availability products, solutions and services in complex manufacturing environments Extensive experience with MES and SAP platforms History of managing global enterprise applications, integrations, and cloud/edge architectures You are fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken More about us ABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
